Restrictions on Product Sales

The quantity that one person can purchase depends on the product.
The maximum number of items to be sold will be the number selected in the "Quantity" section of each product screen.

defective product

We will exchange it for a good one. However, if we do not have the replacement item in stock, we will issue a refund.

Handling of returns

As a rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will only accept returns or exchanges of "defective items" or "non-order items" within 10 days of receipt. However, please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases

・Opened products (including wrapped packages)
・Products that have been defaced or damaged by the purchaser
・If more than 10 days have elapsed from the date of delivery
・Special price items such as SALE
・If we are not notified of the return or exchange in advance

delivery date

Delivery is usually made by Yamato Transport in approximately 7-14 days after receiving your order.

Please also note that delivery may be delayed when orders are concentrated or around holidays.
